Intrduction of Dipper Dredger

    The dipper dredger is a type of single-bucket dredger. It can concentrate all power on one bucket for extremely hard excavation. It uses the boom and bucket handle to extend the bucket into the water, insert it into the river bottom, and excavate the seabed. Then the bucket is lifted together with the bucket handle and boom by the winch, and is lifted out of the water to an appropriate height, and is rotated by the slewing device. To unload mud or mud barge, open the bottom of the bucket to unload the mud, and then reverse to the dredging location. Work in this cycle.

    Dipper dredgers are suitable for soil layers with different mud qualities. It can excavate silt, heavy clay, sandy clay, stony soil, coral rock, weathered rock, crushed rock pretreated by gravel equipment or blasting, etc. In addition, bucket dredgers can also be used to clean coffers, dismantle embankments, salvage sunken objects and remove underwater obstacles, etc. This is a task that chain bucket dredgers and other hydraulic dredgers are unable to do.

Advantages of bucket excavators:

1. Suitable for digging coral reefs, hatch rocks, gravel, large and small stones and clay, coarse sand and mixtures;

2. Low fuel consumption, less manpower and simple operation.
